1.  Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. Pre-authorization of returns is required.  If you receive a defective item, please contact us at 306-782-1799 with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to the shipping address provided below.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect.  If you are entitled to a replacement, we will ship you the replacement product.  If for any reason, we are unable to replace the product, we will refund the purchase price using the original method of payment.  Please note that refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or original invoice.

2.  Exceptions  

Some items are non-exchangeable.  These include Water Filter Cartridges that have been installed and used.

3. Shipping

Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you.  Collect shipment will be refused.  You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment.  We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  Your shipping and handling charges for returning the item are not refundable.
